You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and……

“The location is great, Near metro station. Can go to central by walk ard 20-30mins. There is no elevator/ lift, so you need to use the stair which is narrow. It may be too difficult to take big baggae to do up/down stairs. The room is clean. But the most I am not satisfied with is the HOT WATER. There is a big water tank which means you cannot enjoy hot water shower one by one because you cant predict when the hot water is run out! “The apartment for 1-2 people is spacious and has all the necessary items .. it’s a little run down in the sense that the tv was laying on the floor and the shower is actually a tub with a hose and no shower curtain but I got used to it but for the price and convenient location I really wasn’t expecting much and this was better than I imagined it would be! “This is our second trip to Brussels, and will most likely not be the last, as our daughter, her husband, and my granddaughter live there, and our stay at "Glaciere 10" could not have been better. We found the place with no issues, and the remote check-in process got us in with minimal issues. We had to call the manager to locate the keys, but he answered quickly and got us in. “A very comfortable and spacious house with super outside facilities and a friendly and effecient host.We had good weather throughout our stay and we made extensive use of the pool and hot tub, which the children especially enjoyed. Joined by another family , we had a memorable bbq one evening for 20 guests and the Weber grill and kitchen facilities coped easily. In summary, all had a most enjoyable stay. ”
