The room was clean and the amenities were good. What made this an amazing stay was the staff. After voicing a noise concern created by other guests, we tried to get our room location changed. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and the staff was unable to accommodate us. We asked if it was possible to get a refund. They said that they could do that for us, since there was no other room available to move us to. Since we booked through Expedia, we had to get our refund through them. The staff took the time, after sending our refund to Expedia after we left, to call us and explain what we needed to do to assure we would be refunded. Expedia would not give us a refund. We had to contact the hotel weeks after our stay, because the issue was still unresolved. Again, the manager went above and beyond to help make sure we got was was owed to us. I will never book with Expedia again. We will for sure book with this hotel directly when in the area again! Exceptional service!!
