“It was a nice, affordable spot for a couple who were touring to use and a come back to base. It had a Keurig and refrigerator and the temperature was nice but easily adjustable with an AC/Heat unit and we could easily open the screened window for a nice breeze..Anne at the front desk had answers for all the local questions and worked to make sure all needs were met..Definitely a place we will return to..”

“Last month we tried the Colonial because our normal hotel was booked & this hotel had an outdoor pool & very welcoming front yard with firepit & plenty of outdoor seating options also a very cute retro look. To our surprise the room(king) was updated, clean & complete with fridge, microwave & coffeemaker plus the price was very reasonable. However it was the manager (Evan) who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable & for that reason we returned several weeks later & will return again……
