This beachfront Eastham home sits directly on Cape Cod Bay and features world renown summer sunsets! Follow the short path to your own private sandy beach! This home is located on a cul-de-sac and has amazing views from almost every room. It has "ductless" a/c units throughout the house which cools similar to central a/c. It’s convenient to Orleans, the Bike Trail, the National Seashore Visitor Center, Rock Harbor, and more. With four bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The main level offers a spacious living area, kitchen and one bedroom with a queen sized bed with shared en suite bath with a tub. The large water facing deck is great for relaxing or dining alfresco. Retreat to the screened in dining space adjacent to the indoor dining table for evening cocktails. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a loft with a futon and desk. Access the upper level deck from the loft to sun bathe or sip morning coffee. The lower level of the property has the two remaining bedrooms each with two twin sized beds, a full bathroom with a shower, and a spacious sitting room with a TV. The outdoor shower is just a few steps out the sliding door of the sitting room. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include the cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels, or rent them from a vendor.
