"This hostel is amazing! Great people, awesome views, clean, and they have a big screen tv and a pool table. The terracenis my favorite part overlooking the city and the Sea of Galilee."

"Unsafe streets walking with cars and tight winding roads Great air-conditioning!"

"It is a case of you get what you paid for. The breakfast was lousy. The shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The balcony was big and a great surprise. It did not feel like a hostel but more like a hotel.. The staff were very friendly. The air conditioning turned off when we left the room, not a major issue. Overall if you are on a limited budget it is worth looking into this place. It was in a great location."

"I don't think hotels.com distinguishes between rooms with or without a balcony. I reserved a Standard Room and fortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms. The balcony is wonderful, providing a 180-degree view of the town and surrounding hills. Room and facility features and services were as advertised and as expected, consistent with the other HI hostels where I have stayed. "Location was great, close to the heart of the old town. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Balcony looking on to the old city wall was nice. However, the bed had no top sheet - just a bottom sheet and a blanket. We tried to get a sheet of one of the bunk beds, but it was dirty and smelly. Staff provided a top sheet when asked and we fitted it ourselves. There were no tea or coffee making facilities anywhere. The TV had no channels at all, so was purely for decoration."

"It is a very basic hotel, located in center of old city of Nazareth (difficult to drive, my warning). Many things are dated or even falling apart. But I still rate it as GOOD because of the receptionist who was so eager to help. He helped me to park on narrow street, and he bought breakfast for me and my wife. We were probably the only two people staying there, but he bought food (pretty good) more than enough for tour people. I was impressed by the hospitality."

"1) they are NOT of any HI international standard. The Staff had check in, spoke no English and over charged us! There is no shared kitchen or even a microwave to warm up a meal. We are paying to sleep, and if you cannot sleep, then what is the point of paying being at a place???There were a rowdy bunch of 100 + boys! The staff, had no curfew to shut them up. there were so noisy and everyone screamed and shouted to each other and ran ruckus in the corridors of the buildings - from 7pm till 3pm.....

Great slow stay

"It was a great slow stay (as they call it there), the design, the staff hospitality, the huge amount of sitting spots (indoor/outdoor) was great and the breakfast was one of the best I've ate, but the dinner was something worth improving, not the variety (which was good) but how you make/serve meat/fish."

"I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free experience!"

The best spa hotel in Israel

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."
