“Very quiet and private for where it’s located. You could walk to Dollywood or ride a bike if you wanted to. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and everything there. Positives: comfortable furniture, fast internet, plenty of room, kitchen appliances and utensils are well stocked. Also a nugget ice maker.”

“I had always wanted to stay in the Arts and Craft Community. The location was perfect. Very quiet. Started snowing Mon nite and woke up to snow covering the trees and ground, I have been to this area prob 20 times but have never seen snow. Loved it !!!!. Hopefully, will get opportunity to stay here again. Owner was very easy to deal with and very accommodating.”

“The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was enjoyable. The kids loved the arcade game. The bear siting was exciting.”

“On our last night, in the early morning, something very large was walking/crawling around the crawl space or roof. ”

“Location was easy to access with parking for 3-4 vehicles. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the full kitchen provided plenty of counter space for dishes and cooking. Look forward to staying here again. If guests are staying upstairs, keep the ceiling fan running or all the heat will be trapped upstairs. ”

“We really enjoyed staying a this property as it allowed us to bring our family dog. Its rare that we go anywhere without her. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood about 3 minutes from the Starlight Diner and Cracker Barrell. The closeness to all the attractions allowed for it to be a central base for our activities, allowing us to rest a bit or walk the dog. The house has everything you would expect a home to have, ie coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. The kids……

“Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room. Rooms are antiquated. Bathrooms are from another……

“Stayed here with family for thanksgiving and this place was perfect!! The location was perfect since it was close to everything Pigeon Forge had to offer and not a far drive to Gatlinburg. The place was comfortable and incredibly clean, would definitely stay here again!”

“Easy check-in. For being a residential property, the specific parking and doors were clearly marked for entry to my suite. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jennifer, who checked up on me at my check-in to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I had a very good experience and hope to book with them again on my next visit to Knoxville.”

"The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
