“The room was nice and the front desk people were fine but the kitchen staff were very unprofessional, They were having inappropriate and swearing a lot. They may have been in the kitchen but when the door is open everyone is going to hear. I really try to refrain from profanity. I don't expect to hear it while I am eating my breakfast at a Hampton Inn.”

“Front desk was welcoming. Rooms were cleaning. Breakfast was great lady was helpful. Only complaint would be the pool being very cold. The heater was broken, but nothing was said when we checked in luckily they had a hot tub so kids got some swimming time in. ”

“The hotel was great. Staff was nice. The issue I had was with hotels.com.....I reserved rooms for 3 people; 2 checked in with no problem but my reservation was cancelled for no explained reason so i had to book another one and pay more for my stay. ”
