“We stayed here for three weeks and really enjoyed this condo. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and our dog. The view of the water will amaze you each time you enter the living room. The condo is equipped with a lot of handy items. Beautiful shower and laundry in the bathroom. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. The only thing we would change would be to have some better cookware, otherwise the stay was perfect.Our dog is still angry at us for making her leave her happy place……

“I arranged a stay here for my husband and three sons for his birthday. My husband is a small business owner who works a lot of hours and really needs a break and to enjoy the boys. Host went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Even had bait and other small touches. I really can’t articulate in words how much I really needed them to get in some good r&r and how much that meant. They loved it! 100% recommend. Sorry this review is way overdue. “Very cleaning ”

“The views in the picture don’t do justice. It’s way nicer in person. The host really thought of everything and paid attention to the small details. They have a fenced grass area between the condo and water with a pool and private dock. This condo is on the third story and the elevator is on the smaller side. Parking is good with plenty of shade. But aside from that, you will have a blast here”

“Traveled to lake Conroe for a weekend stay. Have stayed in April Sound previously and it's a great area. This property is located close to the clubhouse and of definitely recommend. Property manager was very responsive! ”

“We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone. ”
