“The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. “We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway. “The space for this townhome is great—though it’s wildly expensive. At the price, I’d spring for a luxury hotel with services like working WiFi, decor, etc. it was a good amount of room for our big family, but the place is just so unfinished, it wasn’t quite as luxurious as it looked. There were boxes of decor all over, a broken fridge that constantly beeped, a broken dishwasher, and a broken cabinet door. ”

“I find this property a little hard to review. The space was great and I was happy with the cleanliness. The location is perfect and seems very safe (as did all of New York).There are a few things that could definitely do with an upgrade but that was ok.Main negatives were that the wifi and tv didn’t work for the first 4 days and the heating didn’t work until day 5. “Was a wonderful stay and everything worked. They could have used more pillows but the bed was very comfortable and they had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc in the kitchen.
