“Lisa & Kevin's place is great. It was clean and comfortable. This unit was exactly what we were expecting from the photos and description, and then some. Communication with Lisa was prompt, clear and thorough. We had a wonderful time in Providence and this was the perfect place to call home base during our stay. Highly recommend and we would certainly come back. ”

“My husband and I were in and out at all odd hours during our week long stay, in town for a friend’s wedding with many events scheduled all over and this spot was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed, a few minutes away from the house of the bride-to-be, and coming and going was a breeze with the separate entrance and available parking. “This clean and well-decorated apartment is accurately portrayed. We had a relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Bristol, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts can provide you with a parking permit for your vehicle and it was easy to find street parking. Just a block from the waterfront. The hosts were friendly and communicative. The kitchenette is well equipped for making simple meals and snacks. We enjoyed our stay!”

“Fabulous apartment in a great location. Beautiful space with a property manager who is accessible, easy to reach and a delight to work with.”

“Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the……

“The property was the perfect spot for us to stay in between Providence and Newport, RI for 2 nights on our family road trip. Both spots are ~20 mins each direction. There isnt much to do in Fall River, MA but since we were out exploring all day, it didnt matter. We did find an awesome restaurant, Pier 52 and brewery Canned Heat which are 5 minutes down the road on the water. The property was clean, beds were comfy, and the host answers within minutes and checked in with us throughout our……

“The bed is SO comfy. The view from the deck, and even inside the room, is beautiful. Chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut cantaloupe (along with other fruits)were waiting for me when I arrived and I’m not ashamed to say the cookies were gone in literally 10 minutes of my arrival 😳. Loved her homemade soap/lotion/oils as well and will be purchasing for gifts (and myself 🙂). ”

“Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. ”

Disappointing. Broken Air Conditioning.

"The room has a smell of cigarette smoking and the air conditioning was broken in our room. We managed to move into another room with a floor cooler. When we were packing to move, a person who claimed to be the manager of the hotel called our room and told us to vacate the room right that moment. He was very impolite. In the room which we switched to, it still felt hot like outside at 33 degrees as the window was not securely taped, therefore there was a leak in the window caused by the air duct of the floor cooler."
