“They were overbooked and failed to provide the room I booked at check in. Turned me away to another hotel nearby but took nearly an hour to do it. Expedia was contacted and put the line on hold without any help to resolve the situation.”

“This place is great over all nice people clean rooms. We have stayed twice. First time no fees for parking. However this time they didn’t tell us they are now charging you for parking nightly. So be ready for $14 in extra charges even if your booking total doesn’t say that. I was not happy. There would be no other place to park but the parking lot. What a scam for money. They didn’t even pick up our trash the whole time we stayed but need us to pay for a parking spot in the lot. We also……
