"Really nice hotel with very friendly staff and other guests. In a great location with an Uber boat dock and tube station within a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants all around and easy access to tower bridge and the Tower of London. Will definitely stay agin!"

"With no windows and no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy, beds were tiny and not comfortable, no glasses only paper cups which you had to ask for in the cafe, no ice either. But staff could not be more lovely and helpful, the location was perfect and the price reflex the basic room."
