“We came in fir Griz homecoming weekend. The house is nice, clean and in a quaint neighborhood. The listing is very accurate. We had two couples staying here and the house was perfect for us, enough separation for both couples to gave spae and enough common space for visiting. Overall a great experience. We didn't have any issues and didn't need to contact property manager. ”

“This was a perfect place. I loved the eclectic decor, it was very warm and welcoming. Wynn was very responsive. The power went out in one of the rooms due to the blow dryer and she immediately sent someone out to fix it. Great location, walkable to university and downtown with cute shops, bars, stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again if available when I visit. ”
