“Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown! ”

“We just stayed there for CASV week 11 (7/31-8/6/24) with two other families (5 adults and 3 kids) while our boys enjoyed the week at CASV. The property was very clean, comfortable and only about 8 minutes from CASV so going back and forth was a breeze, especially for a 1:45am game!!! The rooms are good in size, beds are very comfortable and location is great. Highly recommend to any families attending CASV and wanting to be close to the facility without compromising space, comfort or location!”

“Smitty's Lakehouse was the perfect place for our family to stay while our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Our kids really enjoyed being able to take the canoe and kayaks out on the lake between baseball games. Appliances, cabinets, furniture...everything was updated and convenient. We highly recommend this place!”
