your receptionist was very prejudice and unprofessional. Instead of helping me as a customer figure out a solution to claiming the room i had just booked. he was very vague in his responses as to what information was needed outside of my ID. unfortunately my email on the expedia app is an email username which i was not aware of (considering i have booked 3 hilton hotels prior to this with same information in last 2 weeks)he was insisting on me being “c trillionairr” which is my username and not Christopher Warfield, my actual name. he would not look at ID or CC that was used to purchase room. i had lined up the card number and the itinerary number, he ignored both and once i suggested how to fix the issue, he stated “i’ll call expedia and fix that problem for you, but you are not c trillionairr and that doesn’t sound like my problem, its yours” then i responded are you serious? then he proceeded to say “ i will gladly refund your room” thinking i would just book it in person, then as i give him my ID and CC to try it again in person, he then says “no i want to refund your room, and you can seek out other options that will allow you to stay there” “i do not want you staying here at this hotel” While my girlfriend is on the other line hearing it all i just get my things and go. that was just disrespectful and unnecessary, no help at all. i book the rooms over the app because it is much faster and easier then run into this for no reason. no attitude or disrespect from me.
