「This was our second time staying in this condo. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. The condo is super nice and has everything you need.」

「Everything was perfect and very easy. The ONLY gripe I have was over-communication. Texts and e-mails. The location of this place is spectacular. The rooms and sitting areas/showers/bathrooms were spotless!!!! Thank you !!」

「Although I did not stay (I had to take one of our other daughters to DUKE), my wife and one of our other daughters did spend the weekend and enjoyed the beautiful area. She sent me a ton of pictures and was overwhelmed with the size and open space that this unit provided. Cleanliness is high on my wife's list when choosing a VRBO, and this one was first-class. She's already planning a second trip for just the two of us so I, too, can enjoy the beautiful features this place has to offer.」

「We loved our stay! The condo is in the middle of everything and was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend escape. The condo was very clean, check in and check out was so easy. 」

「We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again!」

「We needed q quick weekend getaway that wouldnt break the bank but was still comfortable and pleasant. This condo definitely fit the bill, the location was gorgeous, and the host was responsive.」

「Everything was fine. Just a minor complaint that power outlets in the bedrooms and living room could be easier to access for charging of personal devices. There are great very affordable combo power/usb adapter extensions available and should be implemented in every room.I didn’t bring a power strip or extension and should have. Will stay there again!」

「This is a very nice condo with excellent mattress for good nights rest in master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked for items to cook with. Nice cozy living room to enjoy watching your movies. Second floor (top floor) of two story complex. Very relaxing deck for fresh air. I enjoyed my stay very much.」

「We had a wonderful weekend with our family at Big Canoe. The property is ideally located for the activities we enjoy, hiking and golf. The condo was comfortable and fully stocked. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Barbara was easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. 」

「Hostess , Melissa Fain, is very responsive and easy to wirk with. The condo is incredibly clean and well appointed. Lovely deck with rocking chairs overlookiing the lake. Two spacious bedrooms. Primary has huge bathroom and very comfy bed. The stairs leading down to a shared landing are very steep. It is a bit noisy when next door is occupied nextdoor is occu」

「This Stay with our family was perfect. We needed a place for just two nights coming from another cabin stay with family. This was perfect. The bunk beds worked perfectly for our kids. Love that we had an option to bring our oldest as well as there is a pull out sofa bed. It is in the middle of the woods and has a little farm with goats, chickens and bunnies. 「The cabin was stunning and well stocked. Easily the cleanest cabin Ive ever stayed at! Beautiful views. My husband and I appreciated all the amenities that were provided/available. Would definitely recommend this place!」
