「The property is amazing! Great room, very clean and centralto everything you can do on the cape. Mr Steinkrauss is also an excellent communicator and made sure to make our family feel as close to home as possible on the cape. 10/10, would stay again and i highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful spot with that northeastern feel to look very closely at this!」

「This was a great house, clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. Dave and Kim were fantastic hosts, super responsive anytime we had a question. Nice neighborhood and great location, including in the off-season when in some towns on the Cape it’s hard to find anything open. The house guide provided lots of good options for eating etc. Very highly recommended!」

「One of the upstairs bedroom had MANY flying insects, so much that our grandkids refused to sleep there. The bedroom in the basement had a broken window and frogs came in so the kids wouldn't sleep there either. That left us with a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom home with two bedrooms. The local realtors worked with us and were very responsive to remedy the issues but nature won. they settled on giving us a financial recovery」

「We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked, clean, and updated. The beds were all comfortable as well as multiple seating areas. The gas fireplace both inside and on the deck were wonderful! And the hot tub was a great bonus for a relaxing time away. There were several restaurants close by that were good also. We definitely plan to return! 」

「This house was perfect for 3 couples and a very cute pup.Clean, well appointed and so cozy for Christmas.Although we didn't make good use of the backyard, it was chilly on Cape, the space was ideal for the dog and so magical with the cafe lights. 」
