“Lovely place, we enjoyed it immensely.”

“Great location and the views of the Hazards were great. Bed was comfie with great linen but we felt the house needed a ‘good’ clean, it wasn’t dirty but could go up the next level. We didn’t use the barbecue but that was left dirty. The agent was great to deal with and gave us some great tips. Wine Bay cruise was fantastic.”

“Great getaway, not too far from Hobart, just a short drive from Port Arthur Historic Site, Local Cafe and distillary. Very well apointed property - we made use of sunny verandah, hot tub, very well appointed kitchen and open plan living and dining areas.”

“Spectacular views very a short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, games, comfortable beds, even though houses were close proximity still was very private. Thankyou for sharing your amazing property. ”

Expedia nous mentionne que la réservation ne peut être honorée et revient quelques jours plus tard pour nous dire que c'est ok. “We loved our stay... the cottage and grounds are absolutely adorable, and the couple who own the property are extremely warm and welcoming to their guests. A fresh loaf of sourdough bread, farm fresh eggs, and more were awaiting us in our romantic, imbeccably furnished cottage. It felt like we were staying in someone's private home rather than a vacation rental. The cottage we were in....the Hollyhock... has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (with show and a jacuzzi), a comfortable living room……

“It was a very nice place and never thought of the equipments and utensils in the hostel are so complete. The garden cabin has 2 bedroom, one comprehensive kitchen and a bathroom. It was a wonderful place and I would definitely go there again if I go to Port Arthur again. ”

Great hotel manager.

"Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to ensure we were fine with everything. "

"The car can park in front of my room which is very cool. the Staff is kind and helpful. Bicheno is a quiet town, The supermarket / grocery store closes at 1800. but there is a bar & restaurants next to the hotel can order food till 2000. The lobster shack which is a few minutes car ride from the hotel and opens till 1900. "

A good stay in Port Arthur

"The motel is located just above the Port Arthur Historic Site. The restaurant and its outdoor can enjoy an excellent view of the whole area. However it requires you to drive to the site as it is blocked from entering from the motel. The motel services are very good!"
