“This property was all we were hoping it would be. This Fall gave us dry, sunny weather all except the days we were here!! BUT that didn't matter because of the many activities offered here. We had an all family pickle ball tournament, a paper airplane contest, the boys played basketball. There was plenty of room for games, pool, puzzles and more. The kids used the pool (too cold for adults), but everyone used the hot tub! When it was nice out the kids hiked and played in the leaves. The……

“My granddaughter’s high school band was competing at Lucas Oil Stadium in the BOA Grand National Marching Bands. “The house is brand new and beautifully appointed. Scott was excellent with communication and helped make our visit easy. Restaurants, shopping, and other treats are within a quick walk but overnight we didn’t get the noise you might expect from being in such a vibrant area. Planning to stay here next year for a lacrosse tournament in Grand Park. ”

“Easy communication, easy accessibility, house was as described. Stayed with my husband and son, would have easily slept another person or two, only one bathroom so maybe not my daughter lol. House was stocked with comfortable furniture (and an actual king bed that I never wanted to get out of) and cozy blankets and pillows. Broad Ripple was .4 miles about a 5-10 min walk. Will definitely stay again.”

“My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition……

“We LOVED this house!!! It was a perfect place to stay while preparing for the Taylor Swift concert! We had so much fun exploring this beautiful, historic home. Our group had plenty of space and it was so nice to have so many necessities provided for us! Communication was also so quick and kind! We didn’t have time to utilize any of the outdoor spaces but the gazebo looks so beautiful! I 1000% recommend this house!”

“We were in town for a family wedding. We had a total party of eight. This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed and the price was far more reasonable than four separate hotel rooms. It was very well stocked. The setting is rural, surrounded by farmland and fields but it is only a 10 minute drive from town. Best of both worlds. The renovations were not an issue for us and I can't wait to see the finished product once completed. Overall 10/10. ”
