“This house was a perfect location for us to get into downtown Callicoon which is only a few minutes of a drive from the house. It was also super convenient to drive to Bethel Woods from this house too. We loved the creek that ran right outside of the house and across the street. “We arrived at the house late on a Thursday night. No issues getting in and the property was exactly as described. When we awoke Friday morning, we saw how close we were to the Delaware - literally feet away! That was great, though we didn't get to enjoy the outdoors due to tropical storm Debby. The house was minutes from historic (and adorable) Calicoon where we went for meals. It was only 20 mins to Bethel where we caught a show Friday night.
