“The host of the property is a dream. Of all the VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in this was by far the best host interaction I’ve ever had. The townhome is very nice, easy to access and has everything you’d need. There was a smell issue in the master bathroom but that was address. The white noise machines really helped with the road noise. The property could use a little paint (I can’t believe how reckless people are with their luggage etc) so many scuff marks. Such a bummer for what’s really a cute……

“The house is gorgeous and the view is stunning. Peaceful and pleasantly secluded. Luanne is a wonderful host and the cookies she provided for us upon our arrival gave us a taste of the local flavor. Delicious! This was our first time staying in Brevard to hike and see waterfalls and the woods are whimsical. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to returning next year.”

“Eight of my close girlfriends stayed here to celebrate a big birthday! The house was perfect, we walked just about everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed a nice bike ride on the Swamp Rabbit rails to trail, then had a yummy lunch at the Commons. I’d definitely enjoy coming here again. ”

“We had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful and accommodated the four of us just fine. We had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils to make meals and dine in. Cable and other services worked well. If you want to go into the city, do any hiking or other activities plan to drive or, an Uber worked well and wasn't that expensive for our budget. We found a bit of dust on the fixtures lighting and such, and the kitchen floor could use a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty……

“We were apprehensive as this was our first VRBO experience but this home was even better in person than the pictures conveyed! It had everything we needed to host our 2 sons and their girlfriends for a great football weekend. “The first few days that I was there, the house smelled like body odor. I found somebody else’s hair in the shower. Some of the bedding was stained. It was generally just not very clean. turning around in the driveway is very difficult. I think it would be difficult to have more than one car.”

“The house and all the furnishings were great and the hot tub was perfect for the cool nights. The location was between DuPont and Highlands so we were able to do all the sightseeing we wanted. I was really looking forward to kayaking on the lake but the rest of my group wasn’t up for that. We really appreciated the Brevard restaurant menus and loved The Square Root. My only complaint was the 2 mile gravel road. We almost rode a motorcycle and would have had issues getting to the house. Please……
