“There was an odor in the place, I had to buy candles to get rid of the odor. Everything else was GREAT.”

“Pretty much as we expected from the online descriptions. The unit is well furnished and the attached residents were quite friendly. Nice neighborhood and close to shopping. About 15-20 minutes to PDX. Main reason we selected this unit was the proximity to our family. ”

“Impressive landscaping! Great instructions for check-in, and how to navigate the area. Walking distance to a number of cafe’s, a few shops and small library. The lush bathrobes were a great touch. Fully equipped kitchen; washer and dryer. WiFi was excellent. Very safe neighborhood!”

“This is a wonderful property! Spacious and comfortable. Off-Street parking was easy to find, many nice restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store within a couple of blocks. ”

“We had a great visit - it was our second time staying in this complex. It’s a perfect location. The market across the street, vegan options downstairs, great coffee, 50 licks icecream, beer etc!! The bed is super squeaky - not the frame but the mattress / box spring. Sounds like bubble wrap when ever you move. Need to look under the bed too - it needs cleaned ;-)”

“We loved the property, apartment, location and amenities! Enjoyed the outdoor area on the 3rd floor. The grocery store across street was a big plus. Great walkable area. We were able to secure off street parking. The apartment was clean and very well designed. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of a few issues. 1. The access code did not work when we arrived, luckily someone let us in to get our key fob (property manager told us they were having issues with it). 2. It would be nice to have……

“Very clean and spacious more than enough room for a small family. Lots of windows bright and airy. The location of this apartment is amazing! 3 blocks from the best pizza in Portland (Pizza Thief) and a couple blocks from amazing coffee and restaurants. You can walk and catch the trolly which will take you wherever you need to go. The management was very responsive to my messages and the whole process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this place!”

Maybe I've spent too much time in Portland, maybe not, but the reviews of the location didn't match my experience. It was very "Portland" to me. This place was great. Myself and teenage boys all appreciated it and it had such a relaxing effect on everyone. I would definitely recommend! ”
