“A lovely cottage for us and a great base to explore right by us and further afield. The Pavilion does lovely food and there is another cafe across from it. It opens from Wednesday and stays open a bit later which we didn’t have time to go to but was always busy. The scenery is stunning and a lovely clean area.”

“We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery! “Very nice little cottage on private premises with house of owner next to you. My daughter (19) and I were there with 2 small dogs. You can sit outside in the sun when nice weather and enjoy the great view! Owner Ann is very kind and has 3 dogs at this moment. There are also 3 pony's at the moment. “The house is perfect for us, the utility room is great for 8 people with lots of coats and shoes, beach toys etc. The kitchen is well equipped and linked to a lovely dining area with an attractive solid table. “Myself, my daughter and our elderly dog stayed here for a week in early summer. A beautiful setting in an idyllic and peaceful location. The perfect place to get away from it all. The host met us when we arrived and had already got the fire going in the cottage. The accommodation was comfortable and our dog loved exploring outside. Walks around the lakes and woods straight from the door. Will definitely be returning Julie, Rebecca and Pip the pooch 🐶”

“What a lovely, cosy cottage stay with very welcoming hosts. Our dog loved it too. Bit hard to find initially just using the postcode, but once you spot it the other side of the bridge things are simple and straightforward.”
