“The toilet was not cleaned...I do believe truly an oversight but that was a bit yucky to have to do. I'd have liked to see some tupperware bowls, aluminum foil and or baggies for leftovers. Location was great!! Overall though I would recommend this to friends.”

“This is a fabulous house whether you like Pickleball or not. It is in a wonderful location -- close to everything you need but when you drive up to the house you are in a private wooded area (there are neighbors but you can't see them or their house). The home has been updated and it's clean and uncluttered. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. “We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. “We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We traveled to NC to celebrate our son's 5th birthday at the museum of life and science and the property was only 11 minutes away from the venue which was perfect. “Staff were courteous and friendly! Breakfast items never ran out, area is safe and close to food options (as long as you have a car). Gym room is tiny with limited weight options. Only downside was a freak incident in which an HVAC unit on my floor caught a small fire and filled the hallway and some rooms with smoke. Nothing burned down but the alarms and fire fighters visit did ruin one night of an otherwise great week long stay.”
