“Our stay exceeded our expectations, beautiful location and easy to find. The host was very communicative, responsive and accommodated all of our needs. “I had the pleasure of staying in the unit from Thursday until Sunday morning. I was the only one staying there, but my adult sons came over for dinner. The gathering space was comfortable and open. The natural light during the day was delightful and the evening ambience was enjoyable as well. George was easy to connect with when I had questions. The space was clean and well appointed. The modern lines are both contemporary and comfortable at the same time.”

“Rick did an amazing job with this house from the space, cooking supplies, everything we needed he had and more. We had 8 adults and 1 infant. There’s more than enough room for more. My husband and I stayed upstairs which made it feel as if we had our own home since it was so private with a beautiful balcony where we watched the sunrise from. The deer came on the property the last morning we were there, it was a nice farewell before we headed home. I hope we get the opportunity to stay at Rick’s……

Easy walking distance to downtown, the train station, etc. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet; so much so that deer wonder the area and bed down in the backyard many times. Truly a gem right in the middle of Durango. Do it, book it, you’ll be glad you did!”

“We had 8 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs for a family celebration of our youngest graduating from Fort Lewis College. The place is lovely, clean, and so cozy! We appreciate the fully stocked kitchen including bananas, muffins, oatmeal and a full coffee bar awaiting us when we arrived for our first morning. Loved the hot tub, the privacy and the gorgeous views all around. The game room was a fun family gathering place too. Highly recommend this place! ”
