“The cabin was located close to the pizza place in the main town. There was plenty of space in this rental. One bedroom downstairs was great for those who have trouble going upstairs. Full size laundry inside. Nice patio and table outside for crisp morning breakfast and warm sunny lunches. The couches are a little dated and the carpet upstairs, but overall not a problem. The fireplace can get a bit smokey in the cabin so I would advise not to use it unless the fan is going and windows open. I’m a……

“Good place for our family of five adults. Stayed one night. Beautiful sunset. Host was easy to communicate with. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.”

“Dirty used feminine hygiene products all over the front deck, trash all over, trash-can was not emptied before arrival, no propane in bbq, bbq filthy, dirty linen's, used towel inside bed under blanket and filthy coffee maker. Hot water only worked in one bathroom. ”

“The property looks nice as you drive up, but we were very unhappy with the following: excessive dog hair on beds, couch, pillows, flooring, dirty utensils, dirty shower, back door lock would not release, I repaired it, bbq ready to fall over, deck cushions were very dirty, patio table was ready to fall over. Very neglected property.”

“This was our 1st time staying in an RV and we had a great time. Jayson was a great host. He provided us with fresh fruit and eggs which was a nice surprise. The location of the RV is perfect for visiting Sequoia Nat’l Park and Kings Canyon. It was really hot during our visit so the swamp cooler came in handy. The RV was a nice size for our party of two and we enjoyed our time doing the RV life. If we are ever back in the area, we would enjoy staying there again. Thanks for everything,……

“The giant windows in the living room are dramatic and luxurious. Beds were comfortable. Carpets and living room furniture are starting to show their age but not bad. Kitchen is adequate but some of the pots and pans are also well used. Shower drains were just a little slow in two of the three. Overall a fantastic place.”

“Nice little cabin. If you looking for a place to be close to Kings Canyon this is a nice place. No TV's!! Nice place to relax on the porch and decompress! And the blackberries were an bonus!! Got a coupke bottles of jam out of it!”

“The property manager is so kind and generous! The property itself is nice and out of the way and totally roomy! The cats on the property are extremely friendly and absolutely adorable. The location gave us great access to both kings canyon and sequoia, which helped since we avoided the most crowded areas. Overall our stay andbproperty manager really made this birthday trip for my friend one we will remember forever!”
