“Hotel has a really fun atmosphere. Great drinks, rooms are cute. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but it was fine. Just fyi, the shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but there are no other toiletries, ie makeup wipes/lotion etc. Great location, walkable to lots of restaurants/entertainment/shopping. ”

“First time visiting Chattanooga and staying multiple nights; will be back! LOVED the openness of our apartment stay and all it had to offer. It was so nice having two full bedrooms available as well as two bathrooms AND the full kitchen and family room area with a big couch and additional seating, not even counting the dining room table...was a nice bonus!! Staff was amazing too!!!!”

“Great location. We had an event at the Convention Center and this hotel was just a few steps away! Erika was very helpful at the front desk when we arrived early to get us checked in! The hotel was clean overall. Highly recommended!”

“The showers were great and the bed very comfortable. The location was convenient to where we were going. The pool was freezing and grimy at the edge. They cleaned our room but didn’t refill the hand soap. Everyone was very friendly. ”

“The floors near the elevator are sticky and dirty. One of the two elevators was out of service. The hotel was very busy/full. This morning, there was no breakfast because the cook did not show up. There was some yogurt, sweet rolls, but no coffee or hot water for tea. The front desk offered me a refund but since I booked through Expedia I have to contact Expedia and they will have to contact the hotel to arrange a refund for not having a breakfast. One big reason we stay at Holiday Inn Is for……

“We were stayed one night at this hotel,it was very noisy and vibration because the air conditioner may have problems,so we couldn't sleep during night. Nearby no store,no restaurant. Breakfast was terrible too.”
