“The hotel was very clean and was accommodating. We asked for a let checkout of noon instead of 11 and the guy told us that would be fine and he would make a note of it and then we got a knock in the middle of my baby’s nap because he never passed it on so that was frustrating but overall, we were very pleased with the room! ”

“Brandon was an absolute UNIT! I love him. He treated me like a friend and was very happy to help me. As someone who owns a business, I know how important friendly employees are. It made me very happy to see someone like Brandon working there. A great employee and bro def deserves a raise. All hotels are different but they are all the same. Brandon is the reason I enjoyed my stay.”

“We were only staying for one night and leaving the next morning but one we checked in and brought all of our stuff up to the room we left and came back 3-4 hours later. Upon our return the microwave did not work and the TV looks like it was broken or damaged as all of the characters on the screen had a green outline around them. “Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access”

“For a simple stay (just need a bath and bed), the price is reasonable and Bed/Bath seems clean. Breakfast option is poor thought.”

“I think there is a lack of communication between housekeeping and front desk. My husband and I got our room key, and when we opened the room door, the room wasn’t cleaned. But the front desk gave us another room as we asked. No big issues. ”
