The property was beautiful, although the views were very obstructed by the lovely trees.
The staff was very pleasant and always approachable. However, it appeared to be a disconnect between listening and acting on requests. The charges at the resort were annoying, simply fixing a set price for all would be less bothersome in the long run. My air conditioning was not working properly for two days. I had to request having my bill adjusted to accommodate the inconvenience. The property granted the bill adjustment but i should not have had to ask. Not once did I see or hear from management regarding this issue. The front desk personnel should not be apologizing, the management should make apologies and amends for the issue. Not sure I would stay again because of the issues. Once again, the staff was great but they should respond to requests with more con ern. Also, reaching the front desk by phone from your room is impossible during the day. I must say, the night time desk person was fabulous (didn't get his name unfortunately). He came up to check air conditioning and even offered me a upgraded room until someone could check out my unit. Bravo to him, maybe he should be the manager!
