“This house was perfect for our group. 5 rooms with beds. Clean bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the outdoor activities were a bonus. It was nice to sit in the backyard by the fire pit and have coffee or a beer. House was very spacious and accommodated us nicely. My only suggestion would be ceiling fans for the rooms, but other than that, a perfect stay. I would absolutely love to come back again. – House is close to SD Downtown. Maybe a 15 drive. Easy access to the freeway and a Target +……

“My brother had a medical emergency while we were visiting and I needed to vacate the premises in order to get single level accommodations. Niki was most accommodating, understanding, and provided a stress-free experience. The best!”

“This is a great property for a family get together. Plenty of bed options. Bathrooms were well supplied. Lots of things to keep children busy yet enough for the adults to do. We did go to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo Safari but I think the kids enjoyed hanging out at the house the most. The kitchen was fabulous! ”

“The property had ample space for 4 adults and was in a good location close to restaurants etc. However, it was listed as a 2 bath, but the second bath was actually the pool bath. Also, there was a door in the kitchen that had direct access to the garage apartment, this was a little awkward at first because we were not aware that someone else was going to be occupying an adjoining space. ”

“Let me just start off by saying my family & I LOVED our stay here at Brian’s home. Not only was it fully stocked but we didn’t need anything during our stay & i mean anything. Brian’s home came with everything you could think of & some more! Not to mention the backyard area that adds a big plus to this home. Brian & his Team were also very responsive & made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. We will definitely be booking here again!”

“I had a mens retreat and we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was amazing except for the surrounding neighborhood. The listing was very nice, clean, and pretty much exactly as listed but there crackhead houses next door. A Pitbull on the loose was staring one of my friends down and he was worried about attack. Not the best part of town… overall great place to rent especially if the surrounding area doesn’t matter to you. ”
