Beautiful NEW modern townhouse for the whole family to enjoy. This house is out in the country but close to everything that Duluth has to offer. 4 miles to the mall, 7 miles to Canal Park, and 6 miles to Spirit Mountain. Enjoy the backyard patio with the modern firepit and seating for everyone, the garage has been turned into a game room, and the house has fantastic interior finishes. If your group is in need of more space there is another unit with the exact same amenities attached.

Great stay
We were in town for a family wedding nearby. The location was great and the property was as described. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone- loved the game tables in the garage. Checkin was easy - lock is easy to use.

Great weekend getaway
Perfect place for the weekend stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean place. Fun hole-in-the-wall bar a walking 2 blocks down with live music. Easy 15mins drive to downtown Duluth or campus
