“We stayed here instead of Benezettte to see the animals! Anything you’d need is there. We didn’t have any issue with the slight smell and honestly I hate all smells and only noticed it the first time we walked in! The STARS!! Amazing! “The apartment is well maintained, stocked, comfy and very quiet. Our host quickly answered any questions and we appreciated having coffee and tea available. We loved sitting on the swing just off the back porch in the evening and listening to the 6:00 chimes and bells from a nearby church. Though we didn’t use the fire pit, it looked inviting. “Peggy was VERY helpful, by providing information in the room for Groundhog Day. Her communication was thoughtful (providing check-in information, a hand-drawn map of the surrounding streets and highlighting the parking, and a list of local restaurants in Clearfield). There was a kitchen and full-sized refrigerator, as well as soda / candy / chips available to purchase on the honor system (it was good for my kids to see that). “Everything was neat, clean and well appointed. We had a couple little issues that were quickly taken care of though. The automatic code for entrance didn’t work, so we were delayed in getting into the apartment. The other was that the heat was shared by all tenants and we had no heat most mornings (which was cold for us).. Again the owner rectified it as she was able. Highly recommend this accommodation!”
