“Traveling with friends on a Midwest road trip & stayed in Memphis for 3 nights. This little Victorian cottage is a short drive to downtown, Beale St. & Graceland. Well stocked kitchen which we appreciated as we cooked all breakfasts & two dinners. The host is very communicative & responds quickly. ”

“This charming apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of four, spending a long weekend in Memphis for Rhodes College Family Weekend. It was five minutes from the college, which made things easy for us, but it was also extremely easy to get to interesting and eclectic Midtown restaurants as well as to downtown. Don accommodated a special request we had, and we had several pleasant exchanges with Billy as well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the neighborhood ……

“The outside looks a little rough, some debris from a fallen tree limb, the roof looks really old. But the inside was clean, the air conditioner worked very well. If you are expecting plush accommodations, find a different place. But if you want a nice secure clean place, this one hits all the marks. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. John was nice and had breakfast items available for us as well. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do.”
