“Came into town with a family of 5. I booked the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and there was a bonus half bathroom so everyone had their own space. My parents and siblings were impressed with the cleanliness and it seemed the host thought of everyone to keep guest comfortable. Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip to Memphis. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. ”

“My wife and I met my son and his fiancée for an early Christmas get together and this house was perfect! My son has spoiled dogs and they wanted to come to the party lol. We were looking at pet friendly motels when my wife suggested renting a house. She is a genius. We all prefer not to eat out and renting a house gave us a place to cook and visit. It was perfect. This house is in a safe area of Memphis and is clean, well decorated and cute. No wasted time checking in and no eating out! The……

“we enjoyed the stay. The photos don't do justice. the property is well furnished and decorated. We stayed midweek so we were able to get metered parking. The property does have an elevator. That was a plus being on the 3rd floor. easy property access. Overlooking a park from the balcony. easy walk to Peabody to watch the ducks. Thank you ”

“A number of things need attention. Air hockey table air doesn’t work. Shelves are supported with books. Trash box hinges are not good. Sofa bed end is askew. Only 2 showers where listing says 3. Two wall shelves can’t be used safely. Master mattress is drooping. Bar top isn’t fastened anymore. Teflon cooking pans need replacing. Spa pool can’t heat properly. As a gathering place it was fine. Close enough to everything. Neighborhood was quiet. ”
