Property shares a wall with another structure, but we never heard any other people and it still felt very private. “We had so much fun together at this place. It was very clean and we were thankful for the well stocked kitchen, with plenty of dishes for our group. It was so nice to have many beds for our group. One family took the large room on the first floor and the rest of us were upstairs. The home is slightly dated, but everything worked and we were comfortable. I would suggest some firmer sofas for the sitting room. Some elderly found it hard to get out of them. ”

“My cousin’s family, my kids, and I stayed for 2 nights. The four kids range in age from 10-17. They loved the place! So did my 2 Goldendoodles. The doggos had a great time doing zoomies in fenced-in backyard. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the games the house has to offer! We all enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. We meet in Chattanooga every year to see the lights at Rock City, and this house was a perfect fit for our needs. It was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas. The house……

“My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home.
