“It was heaven to walk into a clean, quiet room. Comfortable beds, for sure. Wonderful front desk staff the night we checked in and the morning we checked out. Complete, delicious breakfast. I could go on and on! Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great clean safe hotel in center of St. Louis. Would stay again. ”

“When I arrived to check in I was asked to pay $10 to park in their lot and I was charged a $150 deposit to ensure I didn’t smoke in the room. They charged my credit card for the deposit before I even got the key to the room. I’m not a smoker. These were hidden charges. I wouldn’t have stayed at this hotel had this been disclosed prior to me paying for my reservation. The water pressure was extremely low and the toilet was difficult to flush. I will not stay here again. ”

“I would rate this hotel 5/10 stars. When we got to the room there was a dip spit cup on our air vent which was immediately a turn off. Additionally the sheets were dirty so we took them off the bed and whenever I took a shower the bathroom floor flooded which had to be mopped up before it ran into the room. Other than those incidents the hotel was beautiful, located in a great area and had a beautiful view. There are just some things I think that could be improved on if I were to consider……
