“Rooms were nicely appointed and if you like firm bed mattresses, this is perfect for you. It was like sleeping on a slab of granite. The window coverings were broken so you couldn’t operate them and when the heater went on it caused them to click repeatedly against the wall. The phone wasn’t connected, so we couldn’t call for assistance and it was too late to go downstairs again. These are one off issues and all that said, I would likely try again, the location was great.”

“Wonderful staff and great location. However, many turn offs, including stained bed sheets, windows looking outside looked disgusting, and broken shampoo caddie that was supposed to be on wall but was on the floor the entire time (with visible sticky tape on the back). Also: the toilet flushed all night randomly. I had to put a towel over sensor. This is a wonderful hotel that needs attention to small matters that count to costumers. ”
