“The property has kept the wonderful station architecture and used the space well. The staff were welcoming and the room we had was spacious as we were 3 adults sharing. The food was not as good as the price of it would imply. We had a very salty salad and the coffee was weak, however both these things were remedied by the wonderful and efficient staff. If I were to stay again I would ask for room on the upper floors not overlooking the reception. The rooms on the ground floor with a patio……

“This is the perfect spot to stay in Nashville. It is so convenient to all the bars, restaurants and shopping. The registration staff was amazing. We were traveling with a baby and they were able to get a checked-in early. The bellhops were not the best. I’m used to staff running over to help us with our luggage and this was not the case. We were traveling with a baby so the extra help would’ve been nice. They attended when we asked but we really should not have had to ask. Overall, great……
