“Lovely stay, very convenient to the train station, cliffs walk and castle. Kitchen and laundry facilities available for use which was nice. Only downside was the sink in our room did not drain well so we didn’t really get to use it properly. ”

“We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms……

Very clear check in and check out and fully equipped kitchen for cooking full Christmas dinner for 12! Loads of fridges and ovens made life so much easier. Excellent pubs and eating super close!”

“A wonderful cottage and a very nice interior. Ric as a host was absolutely easygoing und caring. Any request he answered within shortest time, which made us feel welcome and looked after very well. The cottage is very spacious and it was a terrific idea to change one of the former bedrooms into a huge bathroom. Heating and fireplace was working perfectly. We had ten wonderful days in Whitstable, where we come to for new year for nearly twenty years now ...”
