“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“Came for a game and the stay was perfect. Nice pool, and great adjoining rooms. The lady at the front desk offered more help than expected and the location couldn't be better. Walk out the door to Centennial Park and let the kids run. ”

“Amazing hotel. Large rooms, super clean, good restaurants, and an excellent bar. Right in front of the Mercedes Benz Stadium and easily accessible to other things.”

“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”
