RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

BEAUTIFUL HOME LOCATED ON THE SIPSEY - convenient to Lakeshore Marina and Arley, Alabama - and a short drive to great hiking trails in Bankhead National Forest!  Chef Troy's Restaurant is right down the road.

Comfortably furnished with everything you need for your lake vacation.  4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two living room areas (one on the main level and one downstairs) for family and friends to spread out. Dining area seats 6 and there are seats for 4 more at the island. Screened-in porch with view of the lake.  The yard is flat and there are zero steps to the dock. Charcoal grill for your grilling needs and cornhole game for entertainment outside. Sit outside and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit!

Easy walk to the dock with swim pier! Kayak, paddle board, lily pad available to guest's use. Renters will NOT have access to the boat slip, but there are cleats and bumpers so they you can tie up next to slip. Water levels are low in the off-season. Please check water levels for boating if after Labor Day and before Memorial Day.

Pets are considered if fully house-trained and 40 lbs or less. This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. Guest will be charged a pet fee of $20/night/pet plus an extra cleaning fee.

Peak Season: No Saturday to Saturday rentals. (Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday are fine).
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
