“더블스위트로 업그레이드 해줘서 너무 편했어요. 그리고 아침뷔페도 나쁘지 않고 수영장은 생각보다 작았지만 자쿠지가 너무 맘에 들었어요. 관리하는 사람이 없다보니 오히려 더 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 레이트 체크아웃을 부탁했는데, 아쉽게 안되었지만 14:00 까지 편의를 봐줘서 감사했습니다. 아쉬운 점은… 근처에 편의점도, 가게도 찾기 어려웠다. 식당은 바로 뒤에 분보집이 하나있고 술집은 몇군데 있었지만 그 흔한 신또나 반미집을 찾기 어려웠다. 체크아웃시 인보이스를 요청했는데 인수인계가 안된 느낌. 전반적으로 컨시어지 서비스는 4성 수준은 아닌듯합니다. 어얼리 체크인 조식포함 1680k vnd입니다. 혹시 어얼리 체크인 하실분은 아예 하루 더 예약하는게 더 쌀듯…ㅠㅠ 서비스가 조금은 아쉬운… 하노이에 자주 가는데 다음 이용할 수준은 아닌듯.”

“A serious problem was when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there and it was the night guard and a resident who helped us, but we lost 3 hours until they located my reservation. I arrived at 11:30 pm and only managed to get in at 3:30 am.”

“stay on the 7th floor which have no lift, got to climb stairs as lift only up to 6th floor. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel. Have rat eat the snacks in the room,already told the staff about it but they seems like do not understand or just ignore it and charge me for the snacks when we check out. Overall experience is not good. Not recommended.”

“Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills.”
