Two days, checked in Friday, asked to sign confirming we would not smoke in the room; room next door was smoking, smelled it in the hallway and in the room. Woke up Sat, no electricity; back late, no one checked the room/smoke detectors/clocks, beds not made etc. Called front desk about smoking and housekeeping, told they only had housekeeping 3 days per week; not told this when we checked in. Fridge, coffee maker, lamps all plugged into a serge protector visible in the room, looked dangerous. Nothing said to use about no power...very unsafe and staff on Saturday was rude and did not care. Filed complaint with Windam; received an email but nothing else...won't be staying with this company again...beware. One of the worst motels I've ever experienced.

close to amenities. Rooms could use some TLC - furniture is old. No screens on window. Only black out curtains. No second lighter drapes to allow natural light. Parking lot dark at night - no lights in lot after dark

Nice place to stay

We had a great stay there. Bed and pillows were ok. I couldn't get the tv to work though. I requested help from the front desk but no one came to help. But it was in a great location and the room was very nice.

The room cost more than our much better hotel room in Branson, MO. and was not as nice. Hot tub was not in working condition, so it should not have been advertised, and there was no breakfast also as advertised on the website. Will not be staying there again.

We were in Room 216, which was quite nice. However, the toilet seat needs tightening and the shower curtain needs to either be washed or replaced. The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired as well.

This hotel we have been staying in, our room hasn't been cleaned and their policy says they dont clean stayover rooms in 3 days. The halls smell like cigarettes and other form of drugs. The doors to this place aren't secured at all. (They have duck tape on the doors for easy access) Today, (Saturday) the front desk lady at 3pm took forever to answer the frontdesk. She was outside having a cigarette. I went down to ask why our room wasn't cleaned. We asked for it to be cleaned. Apparently they don't do stay overs since COVID, I said excuse me, that's disgusting. I want our room cleaned. She said Oh well, housekeeping was done for the day. I went up to my room and told my husband to deal with this because the front desk lady said oh well. (The lady with the blond hair was so sweet to us and gave us what we needed for our stay.) That's our policy. My husband got us cleaned towels. I will want some Compensation back from this place. This is ridiculous and rude management. We won't be coming back Here ever again. Today Sunday the desk lady didnt ask how was our stay and didnt have any communication with me.
