"Had a great stay. The staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The location can't be beat. The food and drinks were top notch. Definitely going to stay again next time we visit Budapest. Two complaints are the air-conditioning does not go down below 18°Cand the shower in our room was ridiculous. It was just a narrow shower head so it shoots a narrow stream of water. The stream is so narrow that it does not even cover your whole body while you're under it. "
