“This beautiful home is absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and book it now! The owner/host has thought of everything, but should you need anything at all, he is on-site. There are several charging stations with USB and USBC ports. Appliances are new, beds are super comfy. The neighborhood is stunning and completely safe. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“This was the best VRBO / rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment was as exactly describes with everything you could need. Couch bed with a trundle was perfect for 3 little kids with a super comfortable queen bed for us. Great shower and water pressure. Ample towels for the entire week. Perfect location to be within walking distance of the sights and museums and local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in DC!”

“It was a great stay. I travel for work and have long days so it was almost like coming home each day, even to my dogs! I was so comfortable the whole time. Terry was so friendly and hospitable and even left treats for the dogs. Many places say “dog friendly” but they truly mean it. I didn’t feel the need to worry at all about them while I was out working during the day. He even suggested a pet store and restaurants. I’ve already re-booked for future work trips. Overall a wonderful “homey”……

“This property is located on a residential street, in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is active and vibrant. We were able to walk to the National Mall as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is brightly decorated, and feels spacious. The bed is very comfortable. A spa experience best describes the bathroom. The outdoor space has a large deck and charming back yard. We would definitely return for a future stay.”

“This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++”

“Loved this place and the neighborhood. The managers were very responsive to any issues. The only challenge was the wifi was unstable at times. But overall, it was a great place and I would return!”

“We enjoyed the quiet street and handy access to Metro. Rod provided lots of research material for getting around and places to see. Very comfortable beds. Small but easy to use kitchen. We loved the backyard.”

“This condo is in a wonderful location and is within very short walking distance to a grocery store and several yummy restaurants. It needs more bedding for the pull-out couch and more than 1 large towel per guest, as the washing machine is small, but works fine. Parking can be difficult. It would be REALLY nice if the resident parking pass was available for use during the condo stay, but maybe that isn't an option. Your best option is to park on the block with the Hyatt Hotel. If you park on the……

“This private studio was perfect for my husband and me on our vacation! It’s in a nice neighborhood in close proximity to all the main DC attractions. The property description is accurate and the hosts checked in with us via message to see if we needed anything. They also sent us some great food recommendations :)”

“Nice quick family trip to see the sights and decorations for Christmas. Took the subway, bus and Lyft wherever we went. Apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, street parking and great hosts. Close to everything. No issues at all. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay again in the future. Thank you. ”

“Cozy one bedroom with everything you would need for a stay away. Great location and was a short lyft away from everything in NW DC. Communication with the owners was stellar. Dog was awesome too!!”
