“We liked the large TV, fireplace, mattress is firm, that happens to be my preference, ok size, walking distance to arboretum.”

“Great location. Walking distance to outstanding restaurants and points of interest. Clean garden apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Host was very responsive to our inquiries. This will become our D.C. "home away from home". ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property and would happily return! It was so close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted for sightseeing. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and a dinner. The Safeway store is a short walk and there are also a couple restaurants and a great bakery nearby. ”

“The facility is clean and well-maintained. The location is also convenient, making it easy to attend conferences at the Walter Washington Convention Center. With two rooms featuring double beds and a sofa, it comfortably accommodated three men. Additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with various utensils, making cooking and dining hassle-free.”

“Overall good. The woman we communicated with was very prompt in her reply’s and was helpful. I was surprised to learn we were responsible for taking out the trash (around the corner behind the home). I didn’t care for that. The hot water ran out quickly. There were only 2 of us, so we made it work, but it would have been a real inconvenience if we had more guests. Location was really nice and convenient! The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. ”

“I’m not a fan of downstairs apartments, but this apartment has high ceilings and you don’t feel as though you are in a basement. Both my husband and I were comfortable there and rather look forward to coming home at night. We love coffee. If you’re bringing coffee, be sure to have it course ground for the French press, although ours was finely ground and it worked out OK. The neighborhood has Restaurants and it seems to be safe. We have a fairly expensive new car and we parked it behind the……

“I consider the property to be very good and comfortable, the only thing is that the bed needs to be improved because it is broken, apart from this, everything is fine”

“The apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed and within walking distance to all we wanted to see and do. However, the bar below the apartment was noisy for about an hour before closing time. Also the construction vehicles on the street in front of the place started at 7am so no sleeping in. Other than the off hour noise it was absolutely perfect! ”
