“This location is perfect for exploring the National Mall on foot. We walked everywhere and only took an Uber to and from Reagan National Airport, which was under $20 each way. Driving didn’t seem ideal, as traffic was heavy and parking looked challenging. We covered about 8–10 miles daily, visiting museums, strolling the mall, and even enjoying a wonderful dinner cruise. The pickup spot for our night bus tour was also within walking distance, making everything incredibly convenient. With plenty……

“This has been a great experience for is. We werre able to check in early. Tom actually went out of his way to pick up tickets that we trying to figure out how we would ge but we wouldnt be in town in time to grab in person! How great is that! The neighborhood is safe and we used metro for most of our travels or we walked. Easy in/out. Lots of information for lical restaurants that he recommends. We will definitely be back!”

“DC was a blast. But after each tiring day it was nice to come back to a comfortable environment. We didn't have to contact the host while we were there because everything that was needed was in house. I'll definitely would stay again. ”

“The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families.”

“We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO.”

“Charming studio within walking distance or short commute by Uber to restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and some of D.C.’s best attractions! Apartment was adorable, and just as described. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall perfect size for my husband and me during our short stay. The kitchen was well stocked, with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and other necessities that may be needed. Nolon was an absolute dream to work with. “Damond is very accommodating, space was well kept, clean and exactly as described. Jacuzzi tub worked perfect and spacious nice shower as well. Will return in the future. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is wonderful and the home was the perfect size for me and my adult daughter. My only criticism is that it could have been cleaner. For instance, my socks were black from walking on the floor. ”

“The property was great. Had a little trouble finding the lock box even though the host gave excellent directions. Maybe add the statement that it is NOT the box closest to the door. The host was immediately responsive to our problem. The only negative was that I could not get the coffee pot to work! Had a great stay! ”

“This well kept and smartly dressed house was welcoming, very clean, and comfortable. So close to the metro (just a half block) that it didn’t matter it rained 4 out of 7 days. We had easy access to the entire town. We would definitely stay again to continue our exploration of all the sites we didn’t get to see. So much to do here! “This property on Maryland has it all. Clean, easy check-in, off street parking, plenty of space for our family, cozy beds and DC/patriotic themed decor. The check-out/clean up was minimal which we also appreciated. The H St steercar (which is free) was a short walk and can get you close to Union Station so you can utilize the metro system easily. We enjoyed all the close restaurant options Ben's, Stable, Daru to name a few. Whole Foods is also close. This is definitely a place we would stay……

“We just returned from our short stay in DC. We only took two of our children (for their birthdays). This place was perfect for the four of us! We wanted a kitchen along with a washer and dryer, this gave us both! This does have stairs to walk up to the level and then down into the apartment. We walked over 20 miles both days that we were there, my legs barely worked each evening when we returned. I only mention this if you need a stairless option. The rooms were a good size, the closets were……
