“My friends and I were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place to stay. It was just a short drive from the Rhode Island Convention Center. It was very clean and they provided plentry of clean sheets and towels for us. We ran into an issue when getting in the first night (our fault) and the property owner came out to help us get in, which was much appreciated! Whenever I had questions leading up to and during my stay, the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. Iwould……

“The second floor property has recently been remodeled so it felt very new, was in good condition and clean. The area the property is located in is not gentrified but seemed quiet, safe and was conveniently close to the highway. If you want to stay in a "cool" neighborhood, look to Federal Hill or the East Side of downtown. The unit itself lacked a little bit of the things you expect in a VRBO and things that you do not want to have to think or worry about such as no dish towels so we used the……

“Apartment was clean and spacious. Parking space was tight. Very close to highway, which made access easy but not very scenic. Very close to Brown U. Apartment is first floor of two-flat; upstairs neighbors could've been quieter.”

“Unclear instructions on how to get in. Took a few tries. Check-in was far too late. I was unable to get in prior to my plans because Check-in was at 6pm. Because of that, I wasn't able to get in until 1:30 am. It was very tough to find at that time and there wasn't very much for parking. However, it is a good spot for 1 night when passing through.”
