“We enjoyed the space that this property has. It was not very clean. There were baked potatoes in the oven that were starting to rot. The property is beautiful but just doesn’t seemed to maintain very well.”

“Excellent property, a very nice place and while the road to get there is long, the river there is nice and it’s not too far from the lake or the state park, so having the river, the park, and the lake provides plenty of activities. ”

“This property is beautiful! The cabin is beautiful and looks even better in person. The property is pretty and tucked into the trees. You can hear cars from the highway if you're outside, but still pretty. Cabin feels cozy and amenities are well thought out. We would definitely stay again!”

“It's like camping. It's definitely better than a tent. The other reviews, people were mentioning how it smelled like mildew in the cabin, but it's not the cabin that stinks, it's the air conditioner. While we were there, it was cool at night, so we didn't need the air conditioner, i also brought a small fan. You will also need a power strip with extra plug-ins, probably wouldn't hurt to bring a broom. showers were a little moldy in some areas, but I packed some bleach cleaner, sprayed it and……

“This was a beautiful cabin nestled right next to Mountain Fork Park! We were secluded in a cabin look and feel home. Yet, we were not too far away from things to do in town. Hot tub works well! Laundry machines on site. Shelving, fans, and living room tables had thick accumulations of dust. But we don’t care about those things. Everything else was clean and ready for us to enter and start our vacation. Pruett’s grocery store is beautiful and isn’t far from the house. There were deer and beaver……
