“The communication with the beachbox was great! They emailed right away answering questions I had. The main entrance was a little confusing for us, but we were able to get in without any major issues with the communication from Beachbox. Parking can be challenging but we got lucky with a spot right in front of the building. The steps/stairs squeak a lot. The walls had either water damage or fire damage on one area but wasn't too noticeable. Main bathroom faucet was leaking but it didn't bother……

“Room is nice, plenty of space, close walking distance to downtown. The floor is squeaky, bedroom light and fan comes on and off by itself. That might be because of the remote used to control the functions picking up signals from other apartments or a friendly ghost but wasn’t a huge deal. ”
