I think that this hotel has a great concept, but the execution is a little lacking. When we first checked in we had to get a different room because the first room had not been made up. The room that we ended up having was perfectly clean and pleasant. The rooms are thoughtfully set up so that there are plenty of places to store your belongings and lots of places to plug in electronic devices. We had a reservation for four people, but we only received towels for one or two people. This may have been because of the sudden room switch.
We enjoyed using the pool, but there were no pool towels when we first went there. We asked them to restock the towels and they put some there, but they quickly ran out again. The pool water didn't seem super clean, and the area didn't seem to be as well maintained as it could have been.
We were there for less than 24 hours, and two times when I went to get coffee, it was out. The breakfast provided was great, but they seem to constantly run out of eggs and were out of yogurt by around halfway through the breakfast. When I asked them to restock the yogurt, they just said that they had completely run out.
We liked the common areas with the swing chairs and the pool table and the games for kids. Again, I think there were good intentions but perhaps there should have been more staffing.
