Overall the hotel was nice. They list on the mirror in the bathroom that they only clean the room every other day, but if you need assistance to ask at the front desk. We have two small boys and needed new bedsheets after our first night, I went down to the front desk to request that our room be cleaned, especially new bedding. The person working was not unfriendly but did not really seem to care to help either. She just said that no, they can't come today. I asked for clarification and she said they didn't have anyone to clean rooms that day. All she could do was give me new sheets to make the bed. I asked that she make a note to make sure that we get our room cleaned. Well night two, we needed replacements sheets again, left notes on the bed and all the piles of dirty sheets. We were gone all day and come back to room in the same state in which we left. There happened to be a worker in the hallway and we asked about our room, she said that we were not on the list of rooms to be cleaned. Only after two days then they finally clean your room. Our trash was full, and had no more towels & hand soap. They did give me new sheets & emptied trash. I know we can request supplies & other hotels keep towels for a few days for environmental reasons. With small children your hotel room is your entire living space for days you use things differently, they spill things and you need towels. If staying at this hotel, expect the bare minimum and cleaning yourself.
