I have a disability and requested a room close to the lobby. In addition, I'd had a medical procedure earlier that day, which is why I chose to stay at a hotel instead of my home, due to convenience. This was stressed before I made a registration; of course, the room wasn't close and I would have had to go back to the vehicle, get back in and out which is difficult and risk having issues with my procedure. Or, walk quite a distance to the room. Brad, "the manager" had zero empathy, but could ask another guest where they were getting a plate for Thanksgiving. I left after Brad and I both called local police officers to intervene as he didn't like my attitude. I will be addressing this matter with corporate.
