The room was disgusting , dirty fridge with dead fly inside, the carpet was disgusting dirty and not cleaned or vacuumed. The room had a overwhelming cigarette smell. People were walking around and looked like substance abuse users. The shower was moldy, the tv chair was peeling, the tv didn't work, the bed had no mattress cover on it. The comfoter was dusty, the phone was even dirty. I was very disappointed and disgusted

The room looked like a dog was trying to break put of it. The remote was missing and a lamp missing. The staff was amazing and helped us move rooms, but the hotel quality was not okay. Also got stuck in the elevator

Fue la experiencia mas horrible de mi vida, primera ves en ese hotel y fue lo peor desde la limpieza hasta las personas instaladas en ese hotel, personas teniendo sexo en otros cuartos con la ventana abierta y la puerta abierta y todavía mi esposo sale al balcon a fumar cigarrillo y una mujer desnuda lo llama que entre a su cuarto a tener sexo aun estando ella con su marido en el cuarto. Y los cuartos huelen horrible, fui a recepcion a quejarme y no hicieron nada les valio y hasta el dia de hoy no recibo mi reembolso por el deposito ademas tuve que salir el una hora despues que pague y ese dinero fue perdido.

Had "maintenance " demand to come in at 9 am and spray "ant/pest" spray all over the perimeter of the room, WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM. tv looked like it was covered in nasty bodily fluids likened to gooey milk... Many outlets didnt work at all. Beds were maybe?? Cleaned thoroughly. Showere takes forever to turn off. Toilet clogged with an average sized poop. Lobby staff was mostly nice. Had tennants/guests fighting constantly(idk cause there might've been people living there short term) . Pool water is greener than the pool cover itself. Wouldnt book here again of im ever coming to detroit area

I booked this property for a softball tournament that my granddaughter was in & she ended up with Covid, so we didn’t attend. I tried to cancel my reservation & was told I could not cancel. I will NEVER use this sight again!! I still had to pay for the reservation.

It was dirty rooms were dirty smells has to change rooms and the other rooms were dirty and smelling as well unsafe drug dealing by the hotel which is really more like a motel. The description online makes it look like new and clean it’s very far from new and clean it’s only 1 start because I couldn’t give it 0 star. I would not recommend for any one to stay at this place.
